Smart Global Domestic Workers Services Center has one of the more exact addresses on MOHRE's domestic workers list: First Floor, Warqa Mall, Al Warqa. That makes it easy to find, and the mall setting suits a quick paperwork stop. Just don't assume the counter keeps mall hours; neither MOHRE nor any website we found publishes them.
Check the worker before you check the package
People often pick a Tadbeer center by price and only later discover the candidate can't be filed. MOHRE's rules for the worker are short:
- Age 18 to 60. Over 60 is allowed only if the worker is already in the UAE and a previous domestic residence was cancelled within the last 3 months.
- Passport valid for at least 3 months.
- No valid work permit. A worker still on another employer's permit has to be released and cancelled first.
- Already in the UAE? Bring the tourist visa, or the cancellation of the previous visa.
Run through these with the staff at Smart Global before you pay a deposit. If the candidate fails one, there is nothing the center can type around it.
What the center files
As a MOHRE-approved domestic workers center it handles recruitment, the domestic work permit and the MOHRE standard contract. We could not confirm its own packages or prices.
