Vicekeeper Domestic Workers Services L.L.C (فايس كيبر لخدمات العمالة المساعدة) is on MOHRE's list of approved domestic workers centers with facility number 2683163, higher than any of the two dozen other Dubai centers we checked on the same day. The address is a transliteration, "althaaniat al'uwlaa", which is Al Thanyah First. That Dubai community includes Barsha Heights, the tower district once called Tecom.
What we could and could not confirm
A website at vicekeeper.com lists an office in I Rise Tower on Hessa Street in Barsha Heights, which fits the MOHRE community. Its footer, though, credits a cleaning company with a different name, and it does not show a MOHRE licence number. So we treat it as unconfirmed. If you deal with Vicekeeper, ask for the facility number above on the contract or receipt.
Why the licence matters for nanny hires
Barsha Heights is a flat-and-tower district, and many families there look for nannies rather than full-time housemaids. A nanny is a domestic worker in UAE law, so the hire runs through the same MOHRE permit and standard contract. Expat sponsors need family income of at least AED 25,000 a month. Our nanny visa guide and maid visa guide cover the rules.
Other centers across Sheikh Zayed Road
On the other side of the highway, Raha on Hessa Street in Al Barsha 3 and Maids CC in Al Barsha 2 are the nearest approved alternatives we list.
