Madad Tadbeer Center For Domestic Workers Services L.L.C is on MOHRE's list of approved domestic workers centers, with its location given as Al Karama. It's one of only two Tadbeer counters MOHRE places in the district, which makes it a practical stop if your maid's contract is coming up for renewal and you live or work around Karama.
Renewing at a counter versus online
MOHRE lets you renew a domestic worker's employment contract at a service center, on its website, in its app or through Tawseel. It quotes one working day once the file is complete. Online, you pay only the federal charges. At a center like Madad, MOHRE caps the commission on this renewal at AED 72, so a counter can't legitimately charge you a large "typing fee" on top for this step.

Before you hand over the file
The worker must be in the UAE, hold a passport valid for at least 3 months and have a valid medical fitness result. Bring the worker's colour photo and passport copy, your own original ID, the medical insurance copy, the contract signed by both of you and the worker's previous ID card copy.
