Mermaid Domestic Workers Services Center (مركز مرميد لخدمات العمالة المساعدة in Arabic) is a MOHRE-approved domestic workers center, facility number 1487199. The official address is just "Dubai / Al Garhoud". That is all we can confirm. We found no operator website and no published hours.
How to check the center yourself
Search the name on MOHRE's approved services centers page and compare the facility number with the one above. If a business quotes you for a maid under the Mermaid name, the licence should match. This matters because MOHRE holds the licensed center, not a reseller, responsible for replacing a worker or refunding the fee if the deal goes wrong.
Timing a hire through Mermaid
Once your paperwork is complete, MOHRE's own service pages give 2 working days for a new domestic worker permit and 1 working day for the contract. The slow parts are usually outside the center: the worker's medical, where domestic workers pay an extra AED 50 for the pregnancy test on top of the AED 270 normal fee, and the residence stamping. Our medical test guide lists the medical options.
Neighbours on the same map
Garhoud has four approved domestic workers centers on the MOHRE list. Miss Helpers is the only one with a showroom number on Airport Road, and Ezee Workers trades under a name without "domestic" in it. The maid visa guide covers sponsor income and contract rules.
