Hatta Section is one of GDRFA's own customer happiness centers, in the mountain town of Hatta. It is run by GDRFA, not by a private Amer operator. Of everything on the official lists we check, it is the only counter in Hatta that can handle Dubai residency work.
Why it matters if you live in Hatta
GDRFA's list of Amer centers has no entry in Hatta, and the nearest private Amer counters are back in the city. So for a Hatta resident, the choice is this office, the online channels, or a long drive. GDRFA's service pages list its website and app (with UAE Pass) as channels open around the clock for renewals, which can save the trip altogether.
The town also has two private offices in our data: a typing office near Hatta Community Center and a document clearing office on Dubai Hatta Road. They can fill in forms and translations, but since no typing shop can file a Dubai visa. Both are listed on the Hatta typing page.
Hours
GDRFA lists Monday to Thursday 07:30 to 19:00, and Friday 07:30 to 12:00 then 14:30 to 19:00. In Ramadan, 09:00 to 17:00, with Friday 09:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 17:00. Weekends are not listed.
