Al Ameen Al Aqaree L.L.C runs the Dubai Land Department trustee counter at Mazaya Center on Sheikh Zayed Road, Makani 25255 88100. It is a DLD-approved Real Estate Trustee Center, so it can register, renew and cancel Ejari tenancy contracts and take Rental Disputes Center applications. Its website, trusteeservices.ontimegov.com, ties it to the Ontime group, and the Ontime site names Mazaya Center as one of its branches.
Open late four nights a week
DLD's list gives this counter 07:30 to 22:00 from Monday to Thursday. No other trustee center on the list stays open that late. Fridays and Saturdays it closes at 20:00, and it is shut on Sunday.
Three jobs, three price points
- Register or renew: DLD states AED 220 in total at a trustee center, against AED 177.75 through Dubai REST or the DLD website.
- Cancel: AED 40 plus VAT at the counter. Free online. DLD only cancels an expired contract for a vacated property.
- Representative: if a friend or agent goes for you, a Dubai-issued power of attorney just needs its number; one from another emirate must be attached.

Who uses it
Tenants in the Sheikh Zayed Road towers and Al Wasl, and companies registering an office lease for a trade licence. Dubai requires a business lease to be registered in Ejari as part of the trade licence file. For residents, a registered tenancy is also one of the papers for sponsoring family.
