Alyalayis Government Tansaction, Al Khaleej Center Branch, sits on GDRFA's list of licensed Amer centers with a one-line address: "Bur Dubai, Business Bay". That is the whole location record. No tower, no floor, no street. "Bur Dubai" there is GDRFA's region label, the same one it uses for branches as far apart as Al Kifaf and Jebel Ali.
The name and the address do not quite agree
The branch is named after an "Al Khaleej Center". We could not tie that name to a building in Business Bay from any official source, and the group's own website did not resolve when we tried it. So treat the map pin on this page as approximate. Before you drive in with passports and photos, call ahead or open the listing in Google Maps and read the most recent location details.
What the licence covers
Whatever the exact door, the licence is clear. It is a GDRFA Amer licence, which covers Dubai residency files: entry permits, issuing, renewing and cancelling residence visas, in-country status changes, visit visas and data amendments. Labour files such as work permits are MOHRE work and go to a Tasheel counter.
