Alyalayis Government Tansaction is a GDRFA-licensed Amer center whose official address is simply "Al Yalayis Street". It carries the name of one of the larger licence holders in Dubai: our data counts eight official points under the Al Yalayis name, split evenly between GDRFA and MOHRE licences. The group's website, aygtc.ae, did not resolve when we checked, so everything below comes from the official lists.

Picking the right counter
The spelling tells you the licence. "Tansaction" branches are the Amer side, for residence visas, entry permits, status changes, visit visas and data corrections. "Transactions Center" branches are the MOHRE side, for work permits, labour contracts and company labour files. A new employee usually needs both, MOHRE first.
