Alyalayis Government Tansaction, Jabel Ali Branch, is a GDRFA-licensed Amer center in Jebel Ali. The official list spells it "Jabel Ali" in the name and "Jebl Ali" in the address, and gives no more than that. It is one of four Amer counters in the Al Yalayis group, and the one furthest down Sheikh Zayed Road towards Abu Dhabi.
Who tends to need it
Jebel Ali is mostly warehouses, factories and staff housing, so the typical file here is a company one: an entry permit for a new hire, a residence stamping after the medical, a renewal for a driver or storekeeper, a cancellation when someone leaves. The Amer licence covers all of those GDRFA steps, plus visit visas, status changes and data amendments.
The MOHRE step is somewhere else
A new private-sector employee needs a MOHRE work permit before GDRFA will issue the residence. That step cannot be done at an Amer counter. Two MOHRE-licensed centers are close by: Ontime DIP in Dubai Investments Park First and the M2000 branch in Jebel Ali Industrial Area 1.
