Alissely Section is one of GDRFA's own customer happiness centers, in Al Lisaili (GDRFA writes it "Allissily"; you will also see Lisaili and Lusaili). It is not a private Amer counter. GDRFA counts 9 customer happiness centers of its own in Dubai, against 85 licensed Amer centers. This is one of them.

GDRFA publishes the same timetable for all its own centers except the airport:

Saturday and Sunday are not listed, so plan on a weekday.
When to come here
A GDRFA center is the place for cases an Amer counter cannot close: a file GDRFA wants to review in person, or a decision you need GDRFA staff to explain. Routine renewals and entry permits are usually quicker at an Amer center. If you are unsure which applies, ask the Amer counter exactly what blocked the file.

High Sky Government Services is the GDRFA-licensed Amer center that lists Lusaili as its location (High Sky page). Other options for the area south of the city are on typing centers near Dubai South, and GDRFA's main office is the head office in Al Jafiliya.
