High Sky Government Services is on GDRFA's list of Amer centers with the location "Bur Dubai, Lusaili". The Bur Dubai part is the administrative zone; on the ground this is Al Lisaili, out toward the inland edge of the emirate and nowhere near the creek. If you live or work in the central districts, a closer Amer counter will almost always make more sense.
Who this counter suits
People who are already out there: residents and workers around Lehbab and Al Lisaili who would otherwise drive into town. It holds the same GDRFA licence as a city Amer counter, so a renewal, cancellation or status change typed here is no different from one typed in Karama.
The GDRFA section in the same area
GDRFA runs its own counter nearby, listed as the Alissely section, with GDRFA's standard hours (Monday to Thursday 07:30 to 19:00, Friday 07:30 to 12:00 and 14:30 to 19:00). That office is useful when an Amer counter tells you a case needs GDRFA itself, for example an approval or an exception it cannot submit.
Part of the Hi Sky group
The High Sky name also appears as a MOHRE Tasheel licence with no address, and two Hi Sky licences sit in Deira (Amer) and Dubai Silicon Oasis (Tasheel). See Hi Sky Documents Clearing Typing FZE for the full table. We found no group website, so ring before assuming any branch can take over a file another opened.
