High Level Government Transaction Center LLC is a GDRFA-licensed Amer center at One Central, the development next to the Dubai World Trade Center. The official address is two words, "One Central", under GDRFA's Bur Dubai region. The same company name appears on MOHRE's list of business services centers, which makes High Level one of the few names in our data with both an Amer and a Tasheel licence.
Built for office tenants
The Trade Center district is towers full of company offices, so the work here leans corporate. A typical HR request is a new hire: MOHRE work permit first, then the GDRFA entry permit, the medical, and the residence. The Amer licence covers the GDRFA half: entry permits, residence issue, renewal and cancellation, status change and data amendments. Whether the MOHRE half is done at this address we could not confirm, because MOHRE gives no address for the High Level licence. Our employee visa cost guide adds up what each hire costs in government fees.
Sister counters
Our research groups High Level with Business Hub, which runs Amer Lounge in Palm Strip Mall with published hours, and with Business Avenue at Avenue Mall, Nad Al Sheba. If you need a counter with hours you can rely on, Business Hub is the one that publishes them.
