Al Taresh Government Services L.L.C is a GDRFA-licensed Amer center inside Dubai Municipality's Al Manara Center on Sheikh Zayed Road. That building is unusual: GDRFA runs its own Almanara Center Section in it, and the Al Taresh group also holds a Dubai Land Department trustee licence listed at Al Manara.
Three kinds of counter in one place
| Counter | Run by | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Al Taresh Government Services | Private, GDRFA Amer licence | entry permits, renewals, cancellations, status changes |
| Almanara Center Section | GDRFA itself | cases an Amer counter cannot close |
| Al Taresh Real Estate Services Trustee | Private, DLD trustee licence | Ejari registration, renewal and cancellation |
So a renewal that stalls at the Amer counter can be taken to GDRFA's own staff in the same building. GDRFA's section keeps Monday to Thursday 07:30 to 19:00 (Almanara section page).
Ejari in the same visit
A family visa renewal usually needs a registered tenancy contract. The Al Taresh trustee office is listed by DLD as open Monday to Friday 07:30 to 20:00 and Sunday 09:00 to 14:00 (Al Taresh Ejari page). At a trustee center, DLD's service page gives the Ejari total as AED 220; doing it yourself on Dubai REST costs AED 177.75. Our Ejari fees page explains the gap.
Hours for the Amer counter
GDRFA publishes none, and the operator's website did not respond when we tried it. Check before going. Other counters along the road are on the Sheikh Zayed Road Amer page.
GDRFA lists of Amer and customer happiness centers, and the DLD trustee list and Ejari service page, all checked .
