Al Taresh Real Estate Services Trustee L.L.C is a Dubai Land Department trustee center listed in Al Manara, on the Sheikh Zayed Road side of the city. Its own site places it on the first floor of Al Manara Center, next to the Onpassive metro station. It is one of only 7 trustee centers on the DLD list.
Longer hours than most
DLD gives this counter Monday to Friday 07:30 to 20:00 and Sunday 09:00 to 14:00. That evening window is useful if you can't leave work for a lease registration. The Al Taresh website shows Friday split into 07:30 to 12:00 and 14:30 to 19:00, which differs from DLD, so plan Friday visits around the shorter version.
Ejari and much more
A trustee center registers, renews and cancels Ejari tenancy contracts. DLD's trustee fee for a registration is AED 220, against AED 177.75 if you do it yourself in the Dubai REST app. Al Taresh's site lists a longer menu of DLD work too:
- title deed amendment, and replacement of a lost or damaged title deed
- ownership update, ownership request and heirs ownership
- map issuance and property valuation
- "To Whom It May Concern" letters
- Rental Disputes Center applications
For an owner with a property problem rather than a lease, that list is the reason to come here instead of using the app.
The Amer counter next door in the group
Al Taresh also runs Al Taresh Government Services, a GDRFA-licensed Amer center in Al Manara for residency files. The two licences do different jobs, so a visa won't be handled at the trustee desk or a title deed at the Amer desk. Both appear on the Sheikh Zayed Road area page.
