Near the World Trade Centre, typing centers are not street shops. Our directory lists 25 rows in Trade Centre 1, Trade Centre 2 and One Central: one GDRFA Amer center, High Level Government Transaction Center LLC at One Central, one Fixit branch listed only on the company's own website, and 23 private offices (17 document clearing, 6 typing), nearly all on upper floors of Sheikh Zayed Road towers.
The Amer center at One Central
High Level Government Transaction Center LLC is the only counter in this area on the GDRFA list of Amer centers. It handles entry permits, residence visa issue, renewal and cancellation, status changes and data amendments. It belongs to the High Level and Amer Lounge group, which has 4 licensed points in Dubai. GDRFA gives the address only as One Central and publishes no hours.
Fixit Government Services (DWTC Branch) at 2 Sheikh Zayed Road advertises Amer and visa services on its own website, but the address is not on the GDRFA list. Fixit's listed Amer counters are elsewhere, on our Fixit page. Ask the branch which licensed counter submits your file.
Towers, floors and office hours
The 23 private rows come from HiDubai, the Dubai Economy and Tourism directory, and were checked in . Several towers hold more than one office:

Floors run from the 1st (Bluemina Document Clearing Services at One Central Offices 5) to the 31st (Cordoba Documents Clearing, API World Tower). Hours are office hours. Not one private row lists a closing time after 19:00, and none is on a ground floor. Bariq Almustaqbal Documents Clearing opens earliest, at 07:00 on weekdays, but closes at 14:00. Avenue Classic Documents Clearing Services is one of only two that list Sunday hours (08:30 to 19:00).
Who these offices suit
These are mostly PRO and clearing firms that run company files: trade licence renewals, establishment cards, employee visas, attestation. A few, such as Abdul Samad Office Typing and Legal Translation Services in Al Moosa Tower 2, also list legal translation. They prepare and carry the papers; the visa itself is still filed through an Amer center, and labour work through a MOHRE business services center.
