Smart Lounge Government Transaction Center trades as Amer Smart Lounge. Its website, amersmartuae.com, puts it on the ground floor of Oasis Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road, near the Financial Center Metro Station, and GDRFA's list matches. The operator publishes Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 20:00; Sunday is not mentioned.
A long service list, one confirmed licence
The site lists far more than visas: Golden Visa categories, labor card renewals and contracts, trade licence renewals and amendments, trademark registration, attestation and translation, VAT registration and returns, corporate tax, accounting and insurance. On the official lists we check, Smart Lounge holds a GDRFA Amer licence. That covers the residency side: entry permits, residence visas, renewals, cancellations and status changes.
For the rest, the center acts as an agent submitting to other authorities, and you can usually check what the authority itself charges first:

- Labor files are MOHRE services, usually done at a Tasheel center.
Office workers in the DIFC area
The building suits people working along the DIFC and Trade Center stretch who want a counter close to the office.
