Al Taamul Al Thaki Government Tansaction Center (the "Tansaction" typo is on the GDRFA list) is an Amer center at Al Qusais Plaza, Damascus Street. The operator's site, ameralthaki.ae, confirms the plaza and describes itself as a privately owned, authorised center that adds its own service fee on top of government fees. "Al Taamul Al Thaki" means smart dealing in Arabic, and the same "thaki" (smart) runs through the group's Tasheel licence name.
Three desks at one plaza
The operator lists three service counters at Al Qusais Plaza:
- Amer: GDRFA residency files, plus Dubai Health and ICP typing, attestation and Zajel courier. The GDRFA licence is the part we can confirm from the official list.
- Tasheel: MOHRE labour services, Dubai Economy work such as trade licence renewal, business setup and Tawjeeh lectures. MOHRE lists Tasheel Althaki Center L.L.C, with no address.
- Al Adheed: Dubai Courts case registration, a virtual court booth, private notary services (including MOA notarisation) and legal translation.
The Al Adheed desk is unusual for an Amer location. If you need a power of attorney notarised or a court case opened while your visa is being processed, this is one of the few places where both can happen under one roof, according to the operator.
A similar name on the MOHRE list
MOHRE also lists Altawjeh Althaki Center L.L.C as a guidance center. The name fits the group, but our data does not link it and we found nothing on the operator's site that does.
