Quick Plus Government Transactions LLC holds a GDRFA Amer licence and sits on Amman Street in Al Qusais Industrial Area 3. That puts it among warehouses and workshops rather than in a mall or a residential block, which matters if you are coming with family members for a visa file: plan for a working industrial street, not a shopping trip.
What the licence lets it do
As an Amer center it types and submits Dubai residency applications to GDRFA. That means entry permits, new residence visas, renewals and cancellations, status changes inside the country, visit visas for relatives and corrections to file data. It cannot approve anything itself. GDRFA decides; the counter prepares and files.
The website puzzle
The website on our record, quickplus.ae, now forwards to Quickplus Business Consultants, a company formation and accounting firm. That site gives the same Amman Street address but says nothing about Amer services or opening hours. The two may be one group. We could not confirm it, so treat any company setup offer there as separate from the licensed visa counter.
Building and hours
GDRFA gives only the street. A listing in HiDubai, the business directory of Dubai Economy and Tourism, under the name Quick Plus Government Transaction, places it on the ground floor of the Mohammed Ibrahim Obaidullah Building on Amman Street and shows Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 20:00, closed Sunday. Neither GDRFA nor the operator publishes hours, so call before a long drive.
Other options nearby
Al Qusais has several other licensed counters, including Gulf Vision and Al Taamul Al Thaki on the Amer side and Copy Top Businessmen Services for MOHRE labor files. See the full list on our Al Qusais page. If you are sponsoring a new hire, our guide to the employment visa explains which step goes to MOHRE and which to GDRFA.
