Gulf Vision Government Transactions LLC is on the GDRFA list of Amer centers, located in Al Qusais. That is all the official entry tells us: no building, no street, no hours, and we could not find a website for the company. This page is short on specifics for that reason, and we would rather say so than guess.
Why the missing address matters in Al Qusais
Al Qusais has the largest cluster of private typing and clearing shops in our second-pass data, 181 of them. Very few of those can submit a visa. GDRFA moved visa work from typing centers to Amer centers on , and since then a residency file has to go through a licensed counter like Gulf Vision. With so many similar shopfronts, ask for the Amer licence before you hand over a passport.
