Al Tabu Real Estate Services Trustee L.L.C, Al Qusais branch, is a Dubai Land Department trustee center for Ejari. DLD's record gives no more than "Al Qusais" as the address, so plan to call ahead or follow the map pin. It is one of two Al Tabu counters on the DLD list; the other is in Al Barsha 2.
The stuck old Ejari
A typical Qusais problem: you moved flats, the new landlord wants to register your new lease, and the system still shows the old contract under your name. The fix is a cancellation of the old tenancy. DLD cancels contracts that have expired for a vacated property. Online it is free; at a trustee counter DLD lists AED 40 plus VAT. After that, the new registration costs AED 220 at the counter or AED 177.75 on Dubai REST. Our Ejari cancellation page has the details.

If you are sponsoring family, the order is usually Ejari first, then the residence file at an Amer counter. Every other counter in the district is on Amer centers in Al Qusais.
