Abdulwahed Bin Shabeb Government Transaction Center is a GDRFA Amer center in Bin Shabib Mall, Al Qusais. The spelling wanders: GDRFA writes "Shabeb", MOHRE and the mall's own branding use "Shabib". Search for either and you are looking for the same group, which MOHRE lists as A W S Investment Group L.L.C.

So a household could, in principle, sort a maid's file at the Tadbeer desk and the family's own visas at the Amer counter in one trip. The Tasheel licence has no address on MOHRE's list, so we cannot say it is in the mall too. Ask before you bring company labour paperwork.
What to bring it
Amer counters type and submit GDRFA residency files. Here that means renewals and cancellations, new residence visas after the medical, entry permits, status change and visit visas. For a domestic worker, read our maid visa guide first: the sponsor's own visa and income need to be in order before the Tadbeer desk can do much. For work permits and contracts, use a Tasheel center.
