Muhaisnah is a good place to find a typing center late in the evening. Our directory lists 12 private typing and clearing shops in Muhaisnah 2 and Muhaisnah 4, and 10 of them publish a closing time of 22:00 or later. For a visa file, the one licensed counter is ICL Government Transactions Center, an Amer center listed by GDRFA at Muhaisnah Fourth.
ICL, the Amer center
ICL is on the GDRFA list of Amer centers, so it can type and submit entry permits, residence visa renewals and cancellations, status changes and data amendments. GDRFA gives only "Deira, Muhaisnah Fourth" as the address and no hours. Open the map link in the list above before you go. The Beirut Street cluster
Six private rows sit on Beirut Street in Muhaisnah 4. Five are on a second floor, and three of those give Madina Mall as their landmark:

The sixth, Eminent Documents Clearing Services, is on the ground floor of the Nasser Lootah building on the same street. These hours come from HiDubai, the Dubai Economy and Tourism directory, checked . HiDubai shows no update date, so a listing may be out of date.
The shop named Tasheel is the one to be careful with. We found no MOHRE business services center with a Muhaisnah address, so treat it as a private typing shop until it shows you a MOHRE licence. For work permits and labour contracts, the listed MOHRE counters closest to you are in Al Qusais and Al Twar.
Muhaisnah 2
Muhaisnah 2 has four private rows. Next Step Typing Center on 32 Street lists 09:00 to 23:00 every day, and Wahat Al Tawasol Typing Services on 7th Street near Jama Masjid Muhaisnah lists 08:00 to 23:00, Monday to Saturday. Copper Documents Clearing Services shows "Daily Closed", which probably means the listing is stale.
Top Speed Typing Al Muhaisnah gives its address as the Al Muhaisnah Medical Fitness Centre. Its hours come from a secondary article, not a directory listing, so confirm them first. What the shops cannot do
None of the 12 private shops can submit a Dubai visa. GDRFA moved that work to Amer centers on . They can type forms, print, photocopy and, as clearing offices, carry papers for you.
