Al Tabu Real Estate Services Trustee L.L.C runs a Dubai Land Department trustee counter in Al Barsha 2. Trustee centers are the private counters DLD approves for Ejari work, and there are seven of them in Dubai. Most sit in the older districts, so for tenants in Al Barsha, Marina, JLT or JVC this one and Al Taresh in Al Manara are the closest on the list.
Renewing a lease here
Renewals are the steady business. When a tenancy runs into a new year, the new contract needs its own Ejari, and a family visa renewal will ask for a current one. What to bring:
- the original Unified Tenancy Contract, signed by both sides
- the tenant's ID
- a power of attorney if someone else goes for you (a Dubai POA only needs its number)
DLD puts the total at AED 220 at a trustee center. If the landlord has already uploaded the contract, renewing through Dubai REST costs AED 177.75 and saves the trip. Our Ejari renewal guide covers both routes.
Hours on the list
DLD shows Monday to Friday 07:30 to 20:00 and Sunday 07:30 to 20:00. That pattern, with Sunday listed and Saturday missing, appears on several trustee rows, and we are not sure it is right. Call before a weekend visit.
Same company, other side of town
Al Tabu's second trustee counter is in Al Qusais, and the group also runs an Amer and a Tasheel counter around Al Twar. For visa counters close to this office, see Amer centers in Al Barsha and typing centers near Dubai Marina.
