Business Avenue Government Transaction Center is a GDRFA-licensed Amer center in Avenue Mall, Nad Al Sheba. The official list spells the district "Nad Al Shiba" and files it under the Bur Dubai region, which is GDRFA's grouping, not the neighbourhood. For residents of Nad Al Sheba and the communities around it, it is one of the few Amer counters that is not a drive into Deira or Bur Dubai.
The Amer basics
Like every Amer center, it types and submits Dubai residency files to GDRFA: entry permits for new arrivals, residence issue after the medical, renewals, cancellations, in-country status changes, visit visas and corrections to personal data. What we could not confirm
GDRFA gives no hours and no shop number. We found no website for Business Avenue itself. Our research places it in the same group as the Palm Strip Mall Business Hub (Amer Lounge) and High Level at One Central, but the Amer Lounge site does not mention this branch, so do not assume the same hours or services.
