Business Hub Government Transactions Center L.L.C is the GDRFA Amer center at shop G 10 of Palm Strip Mall, 40 Jumeirah Street, across from Jumeirah Grand Mosque. Online it trades as Amer Lounge, at amerlounge.ae, and it is one of only 14 of the 85 Amer centers in our data with published hours: Sunday to Friday, 08:00 to 22:00. Saturday is its day off, the reverse of many offices, so plan a weekend visit for Sunday.
What the center itself lists
Its website lists a broad menu: new family visas, partner visas, golden visa applications, renewals, status changes, cancellations, visa transfers and stamping, entry permits, medical applications, medical insurance and establishment cards. Most of these are GDRFA files that any Amer counter can submit. The medical test itself still happens at an approved health center, and insurance is bought from an insurer; the counter arranges the application.
Who finds it convenient
Residents of Jumeirah 1, Al Bada'a and Satwa who would rather park at a mall than queue in Karama. The 22:00 closing also suits people who can only come after work.
