Dubai Investments Park has both licences you need for staff: a GDRFA Amer counter and a MOHRE business services counter. Our directory lists 14 rows in DIP 1, DIP 2 and Green Community. Two counters are licensed: Quality Government Services Center (Amer, GDRFA list) and Ontime D I P Government Transactions Center L.L.C (Tasheel type, MOHRE list). The other 12 are private shops, 6 typing and 6 clearing.
The two licensed counters
| Center | Licence | Address as listed | Use it for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Quality Government Services Center | Amer (GDRFA) | Bur Dubai, Dubai Investment | Entry permits, residence visas, renewals, cancellations, status changes |
| Ontime D I P Government Transactions Center L.L.C | Tasheel (MOHRE) | Dubai Investment Park First | Work permits, employment contracts, labour cards |
Neither publishes hours on the official lists, checked . Ontime is a group with an Amer center in Al Wasl and an Ejari trustee center at Mazaya Center, among others.
Tawjeeh in DIP
Workers in DIP are often sent for a Tawjeeh guidance session. MOHRE says workers at skill levels 5 to 9 attend a guidance workshop, and contracts for levels 6 to 9 are delivered at the workers' awareness centers, Tawjeeh. MOHRE's business services list puts Tasheel and Tawjeeh centers together, 90 in Dubai.
Here is the catch: MOHRE's Tawjeeh entries have no published addresses. Two are listed as Quality Government Service Center, the same name as the DIP Amer center. That points to one group, but the lists do not say the DIP office runs Tawjeeh sessions. Ask the center, or your employer's PRO, before you go. Our Tawjeeh center guide lists every name MOHRE publishes.
Where the private shops are
The 12 private rows come from HiDubai (11) and Yellow Pages UAE (1), with no update dates. They cluster in three places:
- 86 Street, DIP 1: Al Falah Star Document Clearing and Direct Document Clearing Services in the basement, and Al Adeel Documents Clearing Services on the ground floor, which lists 09:00 to 21:00 every day.
- Green Community: Maher Typing and Photocopy and Amazon Attestation and Documents Clearing, both in the European Business Centre, open Monday to Saturday.
- 15 and 17 Street: two shops named Tasheel and Smart Fast Documents Clearence Services, which also opens Sunday 10:00 to 14:00.
Fourty Four Digital Documents Clearing Service sits in The Market Mall on DIP Ring Street, and Dorna Typing and Photocopying is in DIP 2. Only Direct and Multy Hands Typing Services list 22:00.
The two shops named Tasheel are not on MOHRE's list under that name, so for MOHRE work use Ontime DIP.
Company files
Most DIP businesses need a steady stream of permits and renewals. The work permit renewal page covers the MOHRE side, and the employment visa page covers the full hiring sequence. A private shop can type and print these files but cannot submit them.
Nearby
DIP sits under our Jebel Ali page, with the Al Yalayis Amer branch in Jebel Ali. For shops in Discovery Gardens and Al Furjan, see that page. The Tasheel guide has the other MOHRE counters.
