Jumeirah Lakes Towers has very few typing centers. Our directory has only 2 listings with a JLT address: Smart Plus Pro Hub Typing Center in Mohammed Ibrahim Tower, J2, and a Fixit branch in Almas Tower that Fixit lists on its own website. There is no Amer center in JLT. The nearest one on the GDRFA list is Al Tawheed Government Services L.L.C in Dubai Marina.
Because JLT alone is so thin, the list on this page also covers The Greens, the Al Thanyah towers and Dubai Marina, Media City and Internet City: 14 rows in all.
The two JLT listings
Smart Plus Pro Hub Typing Center, on the ground floor of Mohammed Ibrahim Tower on Al Sarayat Street, lists Monday to Saturday 09:00 to 19:00, with Sunday closed. It is the walk-in option for a typed form or a printout.
Fixit Government Services (DMCC Branch) is in Almas Tower, Office 01-26, first floor. Fixit's website lists Amer and visa services, Emirates ID, medical applications, Ejari and attestation. The Almas Tower address is not on the GDRFA list of Amer centers, so ask which licensed counter will file your visa. Our Fixit page lists the group's licensed sites.
The Marina Amer center
Al Tawheed Government Services is the only licensed visa counter in this list. GDRFA gives the address as "Bur Dubai, Marina" and the hours as Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 20:00, Sunday closed. It handles entry permits, residence visa issue, renewal and cancellation, status changes and data amendments. Open the map link in the list above to find the building.

HiDubai files several of these under Emirates Hills (Al Thanyah 1) or The Greens (Al Thanyah 3), so the area label may not match the name you use for the place. Compton Conveyancing appears twice at Concord Tower, under Media City and Internet City, and is likely one office.
None of these rows opens on Sunday, and none lists a closing time after 21:00. If you need a typing shop at night, look further out: Discovery Gardens and Al Furjan have shops open to 22:00.
What to do instead
Many JLT residents never need a counter. Residence renewals and cancellations go through the GDRFA website and app with UAE Pass, and the Amer center guide explains when a counter is still needed. For a domestic worker, Vicekeeper, a MOHRE Tadbeer center, is listed in Al Thanyah 1.
