The Amer center in Dubai Marina is Al Tawheed Government Services LLC. GDRFA's list gives its location as "Bur Dubai, Marina", and the operator runs it under the name Amer Lounge Marina, with the website amerlounge-marina.ae. According to that site it opens Monday to Saturday, 08:00 to 20:00, and is closed on Sunday. It is the only Amer center GDRFA lists in the Marina.
What it handles
As a licensed Amer center, it types and submits Dubai residency files to GDRFA: entry permits, residence visa issue, renewals and cancellations, status changes inside the country, visit visas and data amendments. A file submitted here is the same GDRFA application you would get anywhere else. The difference is location and opening hours. For people living in the Marina, JBR or JLT, that means not crossing the city to Deira or Bur Dubai for a renewal.
The GDRFA list gives no building, and neither does anything we took from the operator's site. Use the map button on this page, then confirm the tower and floor with the center before you go.
What to do elsewhere

On a Sunday
Amer Lounge Marina is closed, and GDRFA's own offices publish no Sunday hours. The confirmed 24/7 counters are Amer 24/7 in Al Khabaisi, Deira, and GDRFA's Airport Services Center at Terminal 3. Both are a long drive from the Marina.
