Umm Suqeim has one Amer center on the GDRFA list, NYPD Typing, which trades as Amer Al Barsha on Umm Suqeim Street. The only other listing is a private shop in Umm Suqeim 3. For a Tadbeer center, a second Amer counter or Ejari, residents use Al Barsha 2 on the same street. This page lists all eight entries with Google Maps links.

Villa households: the files that come up

Umm Suqeim is mostly villas, and most counter visits come from three files:

Family visa. A spouse or child needs an entry permit and then residence. GDRFA's salary rule is AED 4,000 a month, or AED 3,000 plus accommodation. See family visa in Dubai.
Domestic staff. A nanny or housemaid goes through MOHRE, with a family income of at least AED 25,000. Maids CC on Umm Suqeim Street is the nearest Tadbeer counter. The nanny visa page has the papers.
Tenancy. A family visa needs a registered lease, so the Ejari often comes first. The Ejari guide covers online and trustee routes.

Yes. GDRFA lists NYPD Typing as an Amer center. Its own site calls it Amer Al Barsha and gives the address Umm Suqeim Street, opposite Life Pharmacy. It lists Saturday as closed, but shows two different weekday closing times, so check before an evening visit.

Can I get a health card typed in Umm Suqeim?

Occupational Health Card Typing Services on Jumeirah Road, Umm Suqeim 3, is a private typing shop listed in HiDubai near Burj Al Arab and Wild Wadi. It opens daily, to midnight on Friday and Saturday.

Where is the nearest Ejari trustee center to Umm Suqeim?
