Fixit Express Real Estate Services Trustee is a Dubai Land Department Real Estate Trustee Center in Al Mamzar. On the DLD list its full name reads "Br of Alwan Investments L.L.C.", meaning the trustee licence sits with Alwan Investments and Fixit Express is that company's branch. DLD approves only seven trustee centers in Dubai, and this is Fixit's one.
What a trustee center does
It registers, renews and cancels Ejari tenancy contracts on DLD's system, and takes other DLD customer services and Rental Disputes Center applications. The difference from a plain typing shop is direct access: a trustee employee reviews and approves the request, and the e-Contract Registration Certificate comes from DLD once approved. Fixit's website separately lists rental disputes and notarised notices among its RERA services.
Before you go
- Take the original Unified Tenancy Contract and the tenant's ID. Our Ejari documents list covers the extras for companies and representatives.
- Check the hours. DLD shows weekdays 08:00 to 18:00 and a short Sunday session, which is earlier than the 20:00 closing of most other trustee centers.
- Consider doing it yourself. Registration through the DLD website or Dubai REST costs AED 177.75 against AED 220 at a counter, and cancellation online is free. See Ejari registration online.
Fixit's visa counter next door
Fixit also holds a GDRFA Amer licence in Al Mamzar, at 54 Street: Fixit Governmnt Services. If the Ejari is for a family visa, the residence files go there or to another Amer counter, not to the trustee desk.
