Al Nazih Government Services is on GDRFA's list of licensed Amer centers with the location "Bur Dubai, Al karama". That is the whole listing: no street, no building, no hours. We searched for an operator website and did not find one, so the map pin here is approximate and worth checking before you travel.
Pick the counter by the job, not the name
Karama works well for paperwork because different licence types sit close together. A quick guide:

Al Nazih's licence covers the first row only. If you sponsor a housemaid yourself, the residence file can go through an Amer counter, but recruitment and the domestic worker contract run through Tadbeer. When an Amer counter says no
Some files, such as a case GDRFA has flagged or one it wants to see in person, must go to GDRFA itself. Its head office in Al Jafiliya, Bur Dubai, keeps Monday to Thursday 07:30 to 19:00, and Friday 07:30 to 12:00 and 14:30 to 19:00 (GDRFA head office page).
