Al Karama Government Transactions is a GDRFA-licensed Amer center in Al Karama, Bur Dubai. GDRFA lists the name twice: once here in Karama and once as an arrivals counter at Dubai Airport Terminal 3. The Karama entry has only "Bur Dubai, Al Karama Area" as its address and no hours, and we found no operator website to fill the gap.
Karama counter or airport counter?
Both are Amer licences, so either one can file entry permits, renewals, cancellations, status changes and visit visas. The difference is getting there. The Terminal 3 counter sits in the arrivals area, which helps if you are already at the airport. For everyone else, the Karama office is the normal choice. GDRFA publishes no hours for either, so do not assume the airport one runs through the night. The only GDRFA office at the airport with confirmed 24/7 hours is GDRFA's own Airport Services Center.
Karama's other licensed counters
Our Karama list holds four Amer centers: this one, Al Nazih Government Services, Bak Nova Government Transactions Center and Uid Smart Services. None has a street address on GDRFA's list. MAF Government Transactions Center in Zabeel Plaza, also in Karama, appears on both GDRFA's and MOHRE's lists, so it can take labor files as well (MAF Tasheel page).
