Uid Smart Services is a GDRFA-licensed Amer center in Karama, listed as "Bur Dubai, Karama" with no street and no hours. A related company, U I D Business Services L.L.C, appears on MOHRE's list of business services centers, also without an address. We found no website for either.
UID the company, UID the number
The name confuses people. In Dubai, "UID" usually means your unified number, the GDRFA identifier that ties all your entry and residence files together. A center called Uid Smart Services cannot look up or change your UID in any way another Amer counter cannot. To find your UID or file number yourself, use the GDRFA and ICP status tools: our visa status check guide walks through them.
What it can file
As an Amer center: entry permits, residence visa issue and renewal, cancellations, status changes, visit visas and data amendments. GDRFA also lists fine collection as an Amer service, so an overstay can be settled as part of a file. Work out the likely amount first with our overstay fine guide, so the figure at the counter is not a surprise.
The MOHRE licence
We could not confirm whether U I D Business Services works from the same Karama office. For labor contracts and work permits, ask the center directly or choose a counter from the Tasheel center list. The other Karama Amer counters are on the Karama page.
