The Airport Services Center is GDRFA's own customer happiness center at Dubai International Airport, Terminal 3. GDRFA lists its hours as 24/7. It is the only GDRFA office in Dubai with round-the-clock hours: the other eight close at 19:00 Monday to Thursday and split Friday into a morning and an afternoon shift.
What it is for
This is a government counter, not a private Amer center. GDRFA's own centers take residency and visa work, and they are where you go with a case that an Amer counter has said it cannot finish. If you have an urgent GDRFA problem outside office hours, this is the one place on the official list that should be open.
For a routine renewal, cancellation or entry permit you don't need GDRFA directly. Any Amer center can submit those files. Going to the airport for a simple job is usually a longer trip than it needs to be.
What the listing does not tell you
GDRFA gives the location only as "Dubai Airport Terminal 3". It doesn't say which hall or floor, and it doesn't say whether you can reach the counter without a boarding pass. Confirm that before you drive out, especially late at night. Use the map button on this page as a starting point, not as proof of the exact spot.
Two counters at Terminal 3
There is also an Amer center in the same terminal: Al Karama Government Transactions, Terminal 3, listed in T3 Arrivals. It is a private licence holder, and GDRFA publishes no hours for it. Don't assume it is open all night because it sits in an airport. If you need a confirmed night counter, the choice is this GDRFA center or Amer 24/7 in Al Khabaisi, Deira.
Before you go
Check where your file stands with the visa status check, so you know whether a counter visit is needed at all. If an expired visa is the problem, our overstay fine page explains how fines build up. Other counters near the airport are on our Al Garhoud page, and every confirmed late option is on the 24-hour page.
