Arjan, officially Al Barsha South 3, has no listings in the GDRFA, MOHRE, DLD or HiDubai data. Its nearest licensed counters are mostly inside malls. Al Barsha Mall and Art of Living Mall each have an Amer center, and Al Khail Mall has an Amer branch and a Tasheel center under the DXB Businessmen Services name. This page lists those, Al Barsha's Tadbeer and Ejari counters, and the two private offices in JVC and Motor City: 10 entries in all.

Mall addresses are easy to find on a map. GDRFA and MOHRE do not publish the counters' own hours, though, and a mall can be open while the counter inside is closed.
Pick the counter by the job
- Your residence visa, a spouse or a child: any of the three Amer counters, or the GDRFA app with UAE Pass.
- A work permit or labour contract: the Tasheel center in Al Khail Mall. Amer counters cannot issue MOHRE permits.
- A maid, nanny or driver: Maids CC or Raha in Al Barsha, or Al Ahlia.
- A tenancy registration: Al Tabu trustee in Al Barsha 2, or Dubai REST online for AED 177.75.
- A typed Emirates ID form: Al Nadra in JVC.

Do the short jobs yourself
Renewals, cancellations and many entry permits work in the GDRFA app. Typing shops charge about AED 40 to AED 200 per form, by published Dubai price lists checked , so a form you can fill in yourself online saves that fee too.
