Egsh Investments L.L.C runs a GDRFA-licensed Amer center on the first floor of Art of Living Mall, Umm Suqeim Street, Al Barsha 2. GDRFA and the operator's site, egsh.ae, agree on the address, which makes this one of the easier Barsha counters to find.
More than one desk under one roof
The EGSH website describes the office as a set of departments, not just a visa counter. It lists Amer (visa applications, renewals, cancellations), Tasheel (labour cards, contracts, work permits), Dubai Economy and Tourism (trade licences), Ministry of Economy work such as trademarks, Dubai Land Department services, attestation, medical test typing, Dubai Municipality permits and notary public services.
What we can confirm from official lists is narrower. GDRFA lists the Amer licence. MOHRE lists a Tasheel licence as "Egsh Businessmen Services (br of Egsh Investments L.L.C)" with no address, so the labour desk is probably here but we have not seen that in writing from MOHRE. The real estate trustee claim did not match any row on the DLD list we hold. For an Ejari or a title deed job, ask first.

These close earlier than many Dubai counters, so a late afternoon dash after work will not always land.
