Dxb Businessmen Services (Branch) is the Amer half of a two-licence setup at Al Khail Mall, Al Quoz 4. GDRFA lists this branch for residency files; MOHRE lists the parent name, Dxb Businessmen Services, as a Tasheel center in the same mall on Latifa Bint Hamdan Street.
Think of a file in two halves
Most employment paperwork in Dubai has a MOHRE half and a GDRFA half, done in a fixed order. With both licences in one mall, this is how the halves line up:
Hiring someone new. Work permit and contract at the Tasheel counter, then the entry permit or status change and the residence visa at this Amer branch, with the medical test in between. Our employment visa guide has the full sequence.
Letting someone go. The work permit is cancelled on the MOHRE side first, then the residence visa is cancelled here. The visa cancellation page explains the grace period questions.
Family and personal files. These are GDRFA only, so the Amer branch is all you need: dependant visas, renewals, data corrections.
What we could not confirm
GDRFA gives the address only as "Bur Dubai, Al Khail Mall", without a unit. We found no website for the company and no published hours for the Amer branch. Ask in the mall which floor the counters are on, and call first if you are coming late.
