Smart Serve Digital Government Transaction Center holds a GDRFA Amer licence and trades as Amer Lounge Jumeirah. Its website, amerjumeirah.com, gives one branch: 52 Al Bailee Street, Jumeirah 3. The published hours are Saturday to Thursday 08:00 to 20:00, and it is closed on Friday, which catches out people used to a Friday morning visit elsewhere.
Many Amer Lounges, different companies
"Amer Lounge" is a name several Dubai operators use. Fixit has one in Al Satwa, Business Hub uses it at Palm Strip Mall in Jumeirah 1, and other licences use it in the Marina and Trade Center areas. Each is a separate company. If someone told you to go to "Amer Lounge Jumeirah", check the street: Smart Serve is on Al Bailee Street, while Business Hub is on Jumeirah Street opposite Jumeirah Grand Mosque (Business Hub page).
What it lists beyond visas
The site lists MOHRE typing (offer letters, labor contracts, work permits), DHA medical typing and legal translation. Two items, DED business licensing and Tawjeeh classes, are marked as not yet available. On the lists we check, Smart Serve holds a GDRFA licence only. So for labor files it types the application rather than acting as a licensed Tasheel counter. For anything beyond a simple form, a Tasheel center is the safer stop.
For the medical step, the official fees are in our medical test guide. Other counters nearby are on the Satwa and Jumeirah Amer page and the Jumeirah typing page.
