GDRFA lists this Amer center as NYPD Typing, but the sign you are looking for says Amer Al Barsha. The operator's site, ameralbarsha.com, gives the address as Amer Al Barsha Center, Umm Suqeim Street, opposite Life Pharmacy, and places it in Al Barsha 2. The company behind it is NYPD-Typing LLC, whose main office manages the center.

Hours: read them carefully
The site gives the Amer center's hours as Sunday to Friday 08:00 to 20:00, closed Saturday. A separate line for the NYPD main office says Monday to Friday 08:00 to 18:00, and earlier we saw both time ranges attached to the center. Saturday is closed in every version. For everything else, confirm on the day.
