A B C Government Transactions Center is a GDRFA-licensed Amer center in Al Mamzar, Deira. Its website, abcenter.ae, places it at 223 Al Ittihad Road and describes it as being on the main road. MOHRE's list gives that same street address for A B C Businessmen Services, the group's Tasheel licence. One address for both residency and labor files is less common in Dubai than you might expect.
Amer and Tasheel at one address
The Amer licence covers GDRFA work: entry permits, residence visas, renewals, cancellations, status changes and amendments. The MOHRE licence covers work permits, employment contracts and establishment files. If you are moving a worker onto a new company visa, both halves of the job can be done on the same premises. The A B C Businessmen Services page covers the Tasheel side. A third MOHRE licence, Services Businessmen C B A, is listed with no address, and we could not tell where it operates.
Hours, with one wrinkle
The operator lists Saturday to Thursday 08:00 to 20:00, and Friday 08:00 to 12:00 then 16:00 to 20:00, so Friday afternoon has a long break. The same page also marks Sunday as closed, which clashes with the Saturday to Thursday line. A weekday visit avoids the doubt.
Prices on the website
abcenter.ae publishes example totals for some visit permits and MOHRE services. Those are the center's own prices, not government fees, and we have not checked them against GDRFA's fee pages, so we leave them out. Our Dubai visit visa guide explains what a visit permit involves.
