Epicenter Government Transactions is one of four GDRFA-licensed Amer centers we list for the Hor Al Anz and Al Mamzar part of Deira. GDRFA gives its location as Hor Al Anz (East) and nothing more. We could not find a website for the operator, so there is no street, building or opening time we can confirm for you.
What to expect at the counter
As an Amer center, Epicenter can type and submit GDRFA residency work: entry permits, new residence visas and renewals, cancellations, status changes inside the country, visit visas and corrections to file data. It cannot issue labor contracts or work permits, which are MOHRE files, and it does not do the medical test.

Neighbors in Hor Al Anz East
Two other licensed counters name Hor Al Anz East as their area. First One Government Transactions, also an Amer center, publishes an address in the Grand Avenue Building (First One page). Super Vision Businessmen Administrative Services is on MOHRE's list for labor files, with Abu Hail and Hor Al Anz East in its address (Super Vision page). If you cannot find Epicenter, one of those two is the sensible fallback, depending on whether your job is a visa or a labor file.
