First One Governmnt Transactions Cl (the spelling is GDRFA's) is a licensed Amer center in Hor Al Anz, Deira. The operator's website, first1.ae, gives a fuller address than GDRFA does: 134 Grand Avenue Building, Hor Al Anz East.
Three logos, one confirmed licence
first1.ae shows Amer, Tasheel and Tawjeeh logos side by side. Here is how they match the lists we check:
| Service | What the official lists show |
|---|---|
| Amer (GDRFA) | Licensed, on GDRFA's list of Amer centers |
| Tasheel (MOHRE) | Premium First One Businessmen Services is on MOHRE's list, no address given |
| Tawjeeh (MOHRE) | No First One guidance licence found |
So residency files are on solid ground here. For a work permit, ask whether the Premium First One counter sits in the same building. For Tawjeeh, the MOHRE guidance session some workers must attend, go to a center MOHRE lists for it; our Tawjeeh center guide explains who needs it.
Hours as published
The site lists Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 20:00, and Friday 08:00 to 13:00 then 14:00 to 20:00, with an hour's break at midday. Sunday is not mentioned at all. A pick and drop service also appears in the menu with no detail, so ask what it covers before you count on it.
Nearby, and for labor renewals
Epicenter Government Transactions also gives Hor Al Anz East as its location (Epicenter page). If what you actually need is the MOHRE half of a renewal, read our work permit renewal guide first: it can be renewed up to 60 days before expiry. The district list is on the Hor Al Anz Amer page.
