Al Mamzar is small in our directory, 10 listings, but it is one of the few neighbourhoods where you can do visa work, labour work and Ejari without leaving the area. Four counters are licensed: Fixit Governmnt Services and A B C Government Transactions Center (both Amer, on the GDRFA list), A B C Businessmen Services (Tasheel type, on the MOHRE list) and Fixit Express Real Estate Services Trustee (Ejari, on the DLD list).

Two groups cover the area. ABC holds both an Amer and a Tasheel licence, so one company can take the GDRFA visa step and the MOHRE permit step, at two separate counters. Fixit holds an Amer licence on 54 Street and the Ejari trustee licence, and has more branches across Dubai on our Fixit page.
Ejari at the trustee center
A trustee center is the counter route for Ejari, and in Dubai a registered Ejari is the housing proof a dependant's residence visa needs. DLD's trustee page puts the total at AED 220; Dubai REST online costs AED 177.75. You need the original unified tenancy contract and your Emirates ID, plus a power of attorney if someone goes for you. The private offices on 54 Street
Six private offices are listed, 4 from HiDubai and 2 from Yellow Pages UAE. Neither directory shows an update date. Most sit in the office blocks along 54 Street:
- Power Document Clearing Services, fourth floor, Block A: Mon to Sat 09:00 to 20:00.
- Al Jannah Documents Clearing, 11th floor, AB Plaza 8: Mon to Fri 08:00 to 18:00.
- Al Abjar Documents Clearing, All Season Hotel Apartments, Al Wuheida Road: Mon to Fri 09:00 to 19:00.
- Dream Style and Leads Attestation, both at Al Mamzar Centre, with no hours published.
No private office here lists a closing time after 20:00. For late-night help, the 24 hour Amer center guide names the two counters confirmed open around the clock.
A clearing office can collect and carry papers for you between departments. None of them can submit a GDRFA visa or a MOHRE permit itself.
