First Track Governmnt Transactions (GDRFA's spelling) is the Amer center that brands itself "Amer Business Bay". Its own site, firsttrack.ae, puts it at units G-88 and G-89 in Bay Avenue Mall, which matches what we hold.

The Friday midday break is the one that catches people out. Arrive before 12:00 or after 14:00.
What the operator lists
Visa renewals, family visa applications and golden visa support, alongside the standard Amer files for entry permits, cancellations and status changes. It does not mention Tasheel or any other branch.
Labor files in the same mall
For the MOHRE side of an employee visa, Boulevard Businessmen Services is on the MOHRE list with Bay Avenue Mall as its address. A company owner in Business Bay can therefore get a work permit and the residence file done without changing buildings, though they are separate businesses and separate queues.
