Town Square has no listings in the GDRFA, MOHRE, DLD or HiDubai data. The nearest licensed counters are in Al Quoz, which has five Amer centers and two Tasheel centers, and Al Barsha 2, home to the Al Tabu Ejari trustee. The nearest private shops are in Motor City and JVC. This page lists those ten entries with map links, licensed counters first.
New arrivals: changing status without leaving
If you arrived on a visit visa and found a job or a sponsor, you can usually switch to residence without flying out. GDRFA's status amendment lets a sponsor move you from a visit or entry permit to residence inside the country.

Which Al Quoz counter does what
- Amer, for visas: Tathqeef and Bab Alfalah in Al Quoz, Digital Future at Gold and Diamond Park, Al Reaya at Oasis Center in Al Quoz 1 (Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 20:00), and the DXB Businessmen Services branch in Al Khail Mall.
- Tasheel, for work permits: DXB Businessmen Services in Al Khail Mall and Enjaz Almostqbal in Al Quoz Industrial 3. The work permit comes before the employment residence.
- Ejari: Al Tabu in Al Barsha 2 charges AED 220. The Dubai REST app is AED 177.75 and works from home.
Rentals and the Ejari step
Town Square tenants who sponsor family need the lease registered, since GDRFA asks for a certified housing lease for a dependant's residence. Register it as soon as the contract is signed. The Ejari guide lists the documents for each route.
