Alreaya Government Transaction Center L.L.C (Branch) is the Al Reaya group's Amer counter, on the 2nd floor of Oasis Center, Al Waha Street, Al Quoz 1. GDRFA lists it, and the group's own site, al-reaya.ae, confirms the building and the floor. It is one of the few Al Quoz counters with published hours.

Saturday opening is the useful part: GDRFA's own centers list no Saturday hours, so this is a weekend option for people who work Monday to Friday.
What the "Branch" means
The GDRFA entry carries "(Branch)" in its name. The parent licence, Alreaya Government Transactions Center L.L.C, is on MOHRE's Tasheel list with no address. The operator's homepage shows three services: Amer, Tasheel and Tawjeeh. So in practice you may be able to handle both the MOHRE side (work permit, contract, a Tawjeeh session) and the GDRFA side (residence visa) with one group, but confirm that the Tasheel and Tawjeeh desks are in the same Oasis Center office before you plan a single trip.
Domestic workers
Our data also places Alwaha Center for Domestic Workers Services, a MOHRE Tadbeer center in Al Quoz, in the Al Reaya group. The Al Reaya site does not mention domestic workers, so that link is unconfirmed. For a maid or nanny, use a Tadbeer center either way.
