Dawn Government Tansaction Center (GDRFA's spelling) is a licensed Amer center in International City. GDRFA's list gives the address as "Deira, International City" and nothing more. International City is a big development made up of many clusters, so the map pin here is approximate. We found no operator website with a cluster name or hours.
Two Dawns, only one can file a visa
Search for "Dawn typing" and you may land on Dawn Typing Services, a private typing shop listed in Discovery Gardens, on the other side of Dubai (Discovery Gardens typing page). We found nothing that links it to the International City Amer center. The practical difference: a private typing shop can fill in forms, but since only an Amer center can submit a Dubai visa application. If you need a visa filed, make sure you are going to the International City counter.
What you can do here
Entry permits, residence visas and renewals, cancellations, status changes, visit visas and data amendments. A common job in International City is sponsoring a spouse who has just arrived; our spouse visa guide lists the salary and housing papers you need before the counter can type the file.
