Tamaam Government Transactions Clearing is a GDRFA-licensed Amer center in Marhaba Mall, Ras Al Khor. Its own site, tamaam.ae, names that mall as its single location and gives the same hours as the GDRFA list: Saturday to Thursday 08:45 to 22:00. The site adds that it is closed on Friday and on government holidays, so plan a Friday job somewhere else.
A late-evening Amer counter on the Ras Al Khor side
Most of Dubai's Amer counters near Ras Al Khor and International City close earlier than ten at night, or do not publish hours at all. That makes Tamaam useful if you work days and need to drop off a residence renewal, a family entry permit or a cancellation after office hours. Remember that a late submission does not speed up GDRFA's own processing.
What tamaam.ae says it handles
Beyond the core Amer files, the operator lists health insurance, legal translation of contracts and certificates, visit visas for dependants and medical fitness applications for staff, families and housemaids. Those extras are the operator's own claims; GDRFA only licenses the residency side. Not for labor files
Tamaam does not appear on the MOHRE list in our data, so take work permits and labor contracts to a MOHRE center.
