Express Convey Document Clearing is a GDRFA-licensed Amer center inside Arabian Center, the mall in Al Mizhar. GDRFA gives the address simply as "Deira, Arabian Center". Despite "document clearing" in the name, this is a full Amer counter, not only a clearing office. GDRFA publishes no hours, and we found no operator website.
Clearing office or Amer center?
The difference matters. A private document clearing office can prepare papers, translate and type forms, but since it cannot file a Dubai visa; GDRFA moved that work to Amer centers. Express Convey is on GDRFA's Amer list, so it can submit entry permits, residence visas, renewals, cancellations and status changes. Two licensed counters in one mall
M A F Domestic Workers Services Center, on MOHRE's list of Tadbeer centers, also gives Arabian Center as its address (M A F Tadbeer page). That makes the mall a two-stop option for a domestic worker: Tadbeer for recruitment and the worker's contract, an Amer counter for the residence file. We could not confirm any link between the two companies.
RTA vehicle testing for this area is a separate site on Al Khawaneej Road, not inside the mall.
