Al Wasl is a small entry in our directory with an unusual mix. Of its 9 listings, one is a GDRFA Amer center, Ontime Hub Government Services, and one is a MOHRE business services center of the Tasheel type, Falak Tayyeb Platinum Government Services L.L.C. The other 7 are private offices: 3 typing offices and 4 document clearing offices, most of them on or near Sheikh Zayed Road.
Two licences, two different jobs

Neither list gives a street or opening hours, only "Al Wasl" or "Al Wasel". Use the map link in the list above and check by phone before you set off.
The split matters for employees. A new job or a renewal usually has a MOHRE step and a GDRFA step, and they go to different counters. Our Amer, Tasheel and typing center comparison explains the order, and the Tasheel guide lists the other MOHRE centers.
Both names belong to groups with more counters. Falak Tayyeb Platinum also holds Amer licences on Sheikh Zayed Road and in Al Awir. Ontime holds a Tasheel licence in Dubai Investments Park and runs a DLD trustee center for Ejari at Mazaya Center.
The private offices
The private rows come from HiDubai, the Dubai Economy and Tourism directory, checked . HiDubai shows no update date, so treat the hours as a guide.
- Desire Link Typing Services, Al Tayer Building, Sheikh Zayed Collector Road: Mon to Sat 08:00 to 20:00.
- Arif Khan Typing Services and Happy Way Typing, both on 6A Street near Masjid Al Noor: Mon to Sat 08:00 to 20:00.
- Maleeha Documents Clearing Services, Aswar Building: Mon to Thu and Sat 09:00 to 20:00, Friday from 15:00.
- Define Document Clearing, Al Wadi building on Sheikh Zayed Road: weekdays 08:00 to 18:00.
None publishes a closing time after 20:00. If you need a late shop, the strip in neighbouring Al Bada'a has a dozen open to 22:00 or later.
One HiDubai row is named just "Tasheel", on Sheikh Zayed Road, open daily 08:00 to 20:00. We could not match it to a name on MOHRE's list, so confirm what it is before you take labour papers there.
What to do where
For a visa file, go to Ontime Hub or an Amer counter on the Sheikh Zayed Road page. For a work permit renewal or a labour card, go to Falak Tayyeb Platinum or use the MOHRE app. For a typed letter, a form or a photocopy, any of the private offices will do.
